Counter-Notice
異議通知
If your work has been removed due to an IP Notice pursuant to the foregoing procedure, and you believe that your content is not infringing, then you may send a counter-notice (“IP Counter-Notice”) to us (contact information above) containing the following information:

If an IP Counter-Notice is received by us, LSHK may send a copy of the IP Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it. Unless the alleged copyright owner brings an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days or more after receipt of the IP Counter-Notice, at LSHK’s sole discretion.

Any claim arising out of, or relating to, the Terms must be brought within two (2) years after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. In the event of any controversy or dispute between LSHK and you arising out of or in connection with the Terms or your use of the Site, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law in the courts of Hong Kong.
